This t-shirt is from the Salvage Range made from 100% recycled materials – 60% recycled pre-consumer cotton organically grown and 40% recycled post-consumer polyester. The t-shirt is manufactured in India and finished in the UK.
The cuttings from organic cotton textile production are salvaged, shredded and turned back into soft cotton fibres. Fibres made from locally recycled plastic bottles are added to obtain the cotton and polyester blend. The blended fibres are then spun into fine yarn to make fabrics. The production is finished with care to create a high-quality product.
Salvage labelled products are certified under the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and the Organic Content Standard (OCS) by the Control Union Certifications. Licence number CU828402
